Stint

Yesterday, dad had a stint put in his esophagus. This will allow him to swallow by pushing the tumor out of the way and keeping his esophagus open so he can swallow. This procedure has proven to be painful. He is taking a little longer than he thought to recover from the procedure.
He started running a low grade fever today, which the nurses said is normal.

We are still waiting on biopsy results so we can thoroughly discuss treatment, if any.

Todays prayer request.... well I should say "this hours" prayer request.... is for comfort in his esophagus and for the biopsy results to come back quickly.

Please feel free to post prayers and thoughts under the "comments" section of the posts. Know that we will be reading them and sharing them with dad, but may not be able to respond to them all.

Thank you for joining us in this journey as we wait to see what our Great God is going to do!

God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
